Craig recently sold our Breakfast Point home in Panama City Beach, FL. He was a true professional in every sense of the word. We originally contacted Craig months before we were ready to start selling our home to get his professional opinion of what we needed to do to get our home listing ready. He provided great insight into what was worth our time and money as well as what wasn't.
When it came time to pick a listing agent, we interviewed a few professionals but Craig stood out. He took the time to walk through our entire home again and helped us understand both the physical and intangible aspects that would help us sell our home at the price point he was suggesting. Craig helped us sell our first house and build our second house, all at the same time, and all seamlessly. We had an assumable mortgage on our first home, and no other realtor around here seemed to know all of the ins and outs of how it would exactly work. Because our first house's value was at or below our mortgage balance, we knew that having someone assume our mortgage would be our best, if not only, way to get it sold at a cost to us that we could handle, and make it attractive to a new buyer because of the low interest rate and monthly payment. Craig studied tirelessly to make sure that he understood every detail of the assumable mortgage process, so that he could not only educate us, but other realtors and potential buyers as well. Craig uses all the traditional marketing strategies that are tried and true, but he also utilizes all the new technologies available to him, which sets him head and shoulders above the other realtors that we researched. He was able to get our house sold using the assumable mortgage, and both we and the buyers were extremely happy with the entire transaction.
We weren't planning on building our second home, so we exhaustively looked for something that was already built. Craig put all of our wants and needs into a program that sent us an email every night at midnight with new listings that met our criteria. This was an amazing tool to help us search, because we didn't have to worry about missing a listing going up that we would be interested in. We built our second house at the same time that we were selling our first, and Craig was a lifesaver. He was there for us every step of the way, anytime of the day, for whatever questions or concerns we had. He also was very proactive in making sure that we were staying on track and staying on top of the builder through the entire process.
I can't recommend using him enough, and I tell everyone that talks about buying, selling, or looking to give him a call before they make any sort of decision. Because of his work ethic, marketing strategies, market knowledge, market experience, and his personality, Craig will always be my recommended realtor.

We selected Craig Duran as our realtor to handle the sale of our Condo in PCB. Craig was able to provide us great info on the process of selling and solid local market information to assure we were priced correctly to maximize our returns. What was impressive is that Craig spent time and money to advertise our unit, with professional photos and video and 3D video. Craig Duran was my realtor for both the selling of my home and the buying of a new build and all the issues that came up during that process. I would highly recommend Craig as he was very knowledgeable and professional but personable, and he went out of his way to be helpful even when at home with the flu and even at one point when he was at home recuperating from surgery. After Hurricane Michael, he offered to go to our home to see if it sustained any damage.
Craig was always responsive to phone calls to answer questions and willing to explain everything that was going on. He has a great staff and Jacob was very helpful as well.
