Panama City Beach Housing Remains Strong

The "average" price of homes in Panama City Beach skyrocketed in 2021 to $642,657. This was driven by heavy activity on and close to the water. We are still VERY much in a seller's market with only 1.3 months of supply and homes lasting, on average, only 33 days on the market for sale. I don't like to get caught up in price per square foot for housing. There is simply too much variety across all price points but the "average" SOLD price per square foot in November was $290.

30A Real Estate STILL In High Demand

When you combine both the East AND West sections of 30A, the average sales price in November was $1,612,862. With only 1.56 months of supply, we are still VERY much in a seller's market. Homes are staying on the market, on average, only 38 days. Again, price per square foot varies wildly in a market like this but the "average" was $674.

Panama City Beach Condo Market Numbers Show More Strength

The "average" sales price for a condo in November was $415,765 but we have seen recent sales OVER $1M in this market. With only 1.6 months of supply and condos only lasting for 43 days on the market, the PCB condo market is definitely in a strong seller's market. Condos are a little easier to compare than homes when talking about price per square foot...the "average" SOLD price per square foot was $382 in November.
