If you have been reading the last few issues, you've noticed that the PCB condo market is still hot. We had another $1.175M unit go pending this week and are working on releasing another one at $1.25M. I haven't seen this much activity on units over $1,000,000 in such a short period of time EVER in the PCB condo market.
The housing market is still hot also. We just released a new video tour (below) and are working on one for something on 30A if it makes it to the market.
NEW HOME SALES are going to fire up soon at Ward Creek on the west side of PCB...more details coming soon. If you want specific information on this, shoot me a note so I can get you on that specific distribution list.
