The Numbers Are In For Q2

For the better part of two years, both the housing and condo markets have been on fire. I ran the PCB condo and housing numbers for the  second quarter of 2022 and both markets are quickly shifting. The condo market move is a little more dramatic than the housing market but both are cooling. We are far from buyer market territory, but it will be interesting to see what the second half of the year brings.
