This week's "Coffee at the Beach" is simple. I researched the January numbers for the PCB condo and housing markets (30A next week) to see where prices may be headed and put together a video for each. In each video, I also outlined one of the biggest mistakes I see being made over and over by SELLERS who are leaving too much money on the table in this market. I hope they help everyone understand this intense market even more.
