PCB and 30A Still BUSY

From helping a buyer navigate multiple offers on a 200+ horse farm, to closing gulf-front condos at Sterling Breeze and Calypso to helping a couple hold the sale of the home together in Hidden Pines, it has been a busy week in real estate. The market can still be challenging if you are trying to buy but is the epitome of a seller's market if you are thinking of liquidating.

30A Songwriter's Festival

This year's 30A Songwriter's festival is going to be extra special for me. I rehearsed yesterday with a world-class drummer who has played with the Indigo Girls and Dave Matthews, just to name a couple. I am going to play Sunday at Old Florida Fish House with the Wildlife Specials and may sit-in with a couple of other artists for even more fun! There are loads of world-class musicians in for this fantastic event and tickets are still available at their WEBSITE.
