Ward Creek is a new residential community developed by the St. Joe Company in Panama City Beach just off of State Highway 79, roughly four miles from the Gulf of Mexico.

The project will have approximately 1600 homesites that include a mix of single family and townhomes. The community is planned to include amenities such as pools, green space and trails that connect to the area's existing trail network.

Residents of Ward Creek will also be in close proximity to the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, the shopping and entertainment of the Pier Park area, and the planned marina on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Phase I consists of 95 single family homes and 46 townhomes. There are several floor plans currently available - the Oakley, the Rhett, the Carol, the Kennedy, the Delray and the Palm (contact us for a copy of the floor plans and additional information). D.R. Horton has started construction on this first phase (Bayside at Ward Creek) with more builders are slated to be announced this summer.
